While we celebrated the baby of Princess Eugenie and we await the baby of Princess Beatrice, this one sure did wanted to come out into this world without failing to make people talk.
True enough that her parents are hounded with controversies, people could not resist concocting even more controversies when she was born to be named Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, or Lili in short—aptly named after the nickname of her great-grandma and her grandmother.
Born on the 4th of June, Lili is now the eighth in line to the British throne: the eleventh great-grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II, fifth grandchild of Prince Charles, and second child of Harry and Meghan.
Speculations and pundits are quickly abuzz in social media and the internet of why the name Lilibet Diana was chosen by the controversial couple, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. But I dare say, let’s spare the controversies hounding her parents and let us celebrate a new life being born, and a Royalty at that.
Congratulations to Harry and Meghan, and to Archie as the new big brother to Lili!
