The axolotl is one of the many additions that are included in the latest (arguably the most ambitious) update of Minecraft, that is the Minecraft 1.17 (first part) update. Since it is a big update, it has to be in two parts, with the second part slated to be released about a couple of months from now.
Wondering what an axolotl is? It is a fish-like salamander with sometimes pinkish nude color and a weird fin-like external gills. In Minecraft though, there is also a blue axolotl, which is rare . . . now tell that to your kids, and you’ll be awesome. As said, it is an addition to the many flora and fauna of the Minecraft world.
Other notable additions are the goats and glow squids. But aside from the additional animals, there are a number of additions on items and updates on features and bug fixes.
Minecraft has been around for quite some time now and many kids have been enthralled with this popular game, and most parents liked it too as it is not one of your shoot-and-kill-to-win games, but rather it invigorates creativity by building own worlds, mining building materials to build structures, and striving in that world with the things that world offers.
